are you ready to deepen your connection with yourself?
We believe in coming together to better ourselves first.
Our time together will be focused on exploring a new place, and also exploring our own inner landscapes. This will be a time for you to pause, step outside of your usual roles, and take the space you need to just be.
You are important, filling your own cup is important, giving yourself time and space to really feel is important.
Our Ethos
We believe that taking time to nourish yourself, connect with nature, and spend meaningful moments with like-minded individuals are not luxuries—they are essential to living a fulfilled and balanced life.
Our retreat is grounded in the conviction that true well-being comes from honoring these core needs, allowing you to flourish in harmony with both yourself and the world around you.
Time in Nature
Located on a quiet beachfront property on the island of Utila, our retreat offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Caribbean.
Throughout your stay, you'll have numerous opportunities to deepen your bond with nature.
Whether you choose to snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, explore the island’s hidden trails, identify local plants, or simply relax on one of Utila's many pristine beaches, each moment is an invitation to reconnect with the natural world. This retreat is not just a getaway—it's a journey into the heart of nature, where the rhythms of the sea and the whisper of the breeze become part of your inner harmony.
Community Connection
At the heart of everything we do is a deep commitment to both People and Planet. We believe that true magic happens when we gather as human beings in a shared space of connection and presence. During our time together, we will share meals, laugh, play, engage in meaningful discussions, and simply celebrate the beauty of life.
This retreat is more than just a series of activities; it’s an opportunity to shift from "humans doing" to "humans being." In this supportive community, you'll find the space to reconnect with yourself and others, creating bonds that nourish the soul and honor our collective journey.
Self-Inquiry
This is more than just a holiday. Self-inquiry is a powerful practice designed to help you explore the depths of your inner being. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and profound questioning, you'll peel back the layers of conditioning and beliefs that obscure your true self.
Our workshops create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your innermost thoughts, emotions, and desires, gaining clarity and insight into your life's purpose.
Delicious Food
Food is important to us. As foodies ourselves, we know that meals are more than just sustenance—they are an expression of love and care. During your stay, you'll enjoy a delightful mix of homecooked dishes made with love, alongside opportunities to savor the flavors of traditional island cuisine by supporting local businesses. Each meal is crafted to nourish both body and soul, making your dining experience as enriching as the retreat itself.
Island Living
Welcome to your home for the week—a beautiful beachfront property designed in true island style. Here, you'll have 24/7 access to the pristine beach, with a stunning coral reef just a few meters from the shore, perfect for spontaneous snorkeling adventures or peaceful moments by the water.
Whether you choose a shared room to connect with fellow retreat-goers or a private room for quiet reflection, your stay will be comfortable and inviting, allowing you to fully embrace the relaxed rhythm of island life. I also like all kinds of treats and will happily show off my tricks for them!
here's what other's have said...
"I didn't know what to expect, but what I left the island with has transformed me forever. The retreat was so much more than yoga. The workshops were insightful and I loved how they were presented. I learned about things buried deep within my soul that were peppered out of me through the workshops. I loved how Rachael brought in other teachers that added so much depth and variety to the sessions. Our five days were filled with a lovely road trip to the other side of the island, delicious meals, a snorkeling sunset cruise, and so much more. Rachael's schedule was perfectly planned out and executed thoughtfully. "
